How PSM is Investing in People to Power the Future

LEAP is more than a traditional leadership program; it's a long-term investment in our talent. Designed to enhance leadership skills, foster collaboration, and support personal and professional growth across the organization, LEAP represents our commitment to nurturing our workforce.

Rise and Realize: Turning Potential into Progress

The most recent track, Rise and Realize, concluded in May 2025. Over six months, 15 employees, nominated by the Executive Leadership Team, embarked on an immersive learning journey. This experience included guided workshops, coaching sessions, and an interactive leadership panel featuring senior leaders from various departments.

What distinguished this program was its authenticity and human-centric approach. Participants learned not only from the curriculum but also from each other and PSM leaders who shared their personal growth experiences. By stepping outside their comfort zones, each participant made significant strides in becoming a more effective and self-aware leader.
